Lots of people think, they need to go to special and amazing places to do good photographs.
I'd like to show you that this isn't the truth at all.
Sure, there are places with a unique view and beauty you dont have where you live. But sometimes you just have to have a closer look to something or a diffrent angle to see how special something can be.
So, here's what i was thinking about:
Take your camera and make a picture of your room, just where you live.
Then step out your frontdoor and make a picture of what you see there.
Then you walk between 50 and 100 steps away from your frontdoor, look around and just photograph what you see there. If there's absolutely nothing just take another 50 to 100 steps again.
When you did this you walk straight on about 1km away from home. (be aware of cookiemonsters etc...)
There you take a picture again.
After this just walk home again (maybe on another way you went away) and look around and take your last photograph on your way back.
You should've taken at least 5 photos now.
Now you take your two favourites of them and send me a note with a thumb or link and i'll put them to my journal.
I'll run this game for about 2 weeks, or until i got 100 pictures in my journal...
Dont forget to write where you're from and how far away from home you took the picture.
If you want to you can write about your lil phototrip and your expieriences. I'll put this into the journal aswell.
When this all is done i'll have a lil surprise for you.
Well, thats it.
Now grab your cam and show me where you live....
